Over the past 20 years I’ve been working with individuals and families to help them resolve conflicts and distress in their lives. Sometimes the traditional talk therapy works amazingly well and a person will feel better about themselves and their environment quite quickly. But, other times, it’s not so easy.
I have patients who can’t seem to access the issues they need to in therapy, and they spend weeks, months, and sometimes years repeating the same behaviors. After comparing the differences in these groups, I have developed iZen as a tool to help those patients get over the bump.
The cool thing about the iZen Process is that you don’t need to sit in a therapist’s office to do it. I actually find it awkward to do it in session with my patients, so I assign it as homework to complete outside of the therapy hour.
